6. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Listing on Mobile Notary Here does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any notary's qualifications, quality of service, or reliability. We do not verify notary commissions, background checks, or insurance coverage. Users should independently verify all credentials.

7. Reviews & Content

Users may submit reviews of notary professionals. Reviews are subject to moderation and must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine interactions. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines or contain defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent content.
